On weekends in March and April, we welcome visitors from to come experience our Canadian heritage of maple syrup production. Enjoy an interactive, guided, sugar bush trek, and learn how the natives and pioneers produced maple sugar, and how the fur trade industry started commerce in Canada. See how modern technology has progressed using vacuum to extract sap from the trees. Finish your day tasting our delicious maple syrup over pancakes and take home some sweet treats!

Blyth East Side Dance (circa 2010) located at 273 Hamilton Street in Blyth. Instructors Les Cook & Anne Elliott with over 10 years of dance instruction experience. The dance studio features social dance instruction in Ballroom and Latin dances, in group or couples private lessons, wedding & special occasion offerings. The Blyth Repository of History, located at 405 Queen Street in Blyth, contains a comprehensive collection of the history of Blyth and of hundreds of local families. Volunteers are available to assist with research. Appointments to visit the repository may be arranged by calling 519-523-4792 or through the website below.

The G2G Rail Trail Experience is a world-class recreation trail featuring an immersive adventure through rural Ontario. The Friends of the Village of Blyth is a volunteer group of community members who tend to the green and gathering spaces of Blyth in partnership with the staff of North Huron public works and recreation departments. The spaces such as The Blyth Greenway Trail, Memory Garden and Horticulture Park are outdoor settings that engage the community and guests with nature and the history of Blyth.

The Lions Park is owned and maintained by the Blyth Lions Club. The Park features children’s playground equipment, children’s wading pool, picnic pavilion, drinking fountain, horseshoe pits, public washrooms which are cleaned daily and green space. The wading pool is open Monday to Fridays during months of July and August and is fully supervised. The picnic pavilion contains 22 picnic tables and is serviced with municipal water and hydro. Overnight camping is strictly prohibited.
This program is offered for free at the Blyth and District Community Centre Arena and is sponsored by the Township of North Huron. Round up some friends and family members, grab your skates and stay active during the winter months. Fun for the whole family!

The Skateboard Park is located in the Blyth Campground area, it offers a fun gathering place for people of all ages and stages. Providing the forum for visitors young and old, beginners and skilled the opportunity to meet and share experiences. Open from May 1st to October 1st. Skate 4 life!
